Here's what happened to wards in the Borough of Columbia

ON MARCH 14, 1975, A LEGAL DECISION STATED: “…all wards in the Borough of Columbia are hereby abolished, voting in said Borough shall be at large and the number of Councilmen in said Borough is reduced from nine (9) to seven (7).”
