  2. The borough pushes the home owners around for paint , but they don't have balls to make millar or the gas company to fix there holes right. SLECTIVE ENFORCEMENT again they got this trait from Helm.

  3. $67,000 for a study come on people ,they could have looked at it them selves , THIS council sucks at there job, but can give tax money away .

  4. 67k for park assessment. Rotary and makel where redone only a few years ago. I don't know about the other parka but i can't think of any that need updated iOff the top of my head. Plus 67k could just rebuild every park couldn't it

Why doesn't a code person or a highway person go there at the end of every day to inspect the patches of the day to ok or no k them, they can do all the sneaky things they do to citizens , have balls and go after these guys , keep them in line, mayor pressure too , these people should work for us tax payers.
