The borough pushes the home owners around for paint , but they don't have balls to make millar or the gas company to fix there holes right. SLECTIVE ENFORCEMENT again they got this trait from Helm.

67k for park assessment. Rotary and makel where redone only a few years ago. I don't know about the other parka but i can't think of any that need updated iOff the top of my head. Plus 67k could just rebuild every park couldn't it

Why doesn't a code person or a highway person go there at the end of every day to inspect the patches of the day to ok or no k them, they can do all the sneaky things they do to citizens , have balls and go after these guys , keep them in line, mayor pressure too , these people should work for us tax payers.
