Special needs students traveling from Columbia Borough School District to the Lancaster-Lebanon Intermediate Unit 13 ride STA buses.
“It starts with the bus company,” said Janet Hagel, terminal manager for the Mount Joy location of Student Transportation of America, commonly referred to as STA.
