The water level – or rather, ice level – at Columbia River Park is a foot above where it was yesterday, now at 236 feet, nine above normal. Much of the ice is covered with this morning’s snow. About half the park is off-limits; sawhorses and police tape have been set up to limit travel.

Those police signs DO NOT CROSS mean nothing to people.People these days are so inconsiderate. There was so many people at the river passed those signs.
