I agree. How do we know if maybe he had a chemical in there to help plants grow or control insects. If more Columbia residents would worry about weeds in front of their properties,then they can offer criticism. I do not always agree with the Mayor, but he assisted in getting grant money to improve the park and do not believe he would do something to harm it.
Why don't the photographer take pictures of all the trash in the gutters and weed growth. Code enforcement needs to clamp down on this nonsense. They have the right to issue citations on site now. They wanted that power,now use it.
