  3. How can/did this happen when the Columbia Water Co STOLE THE LAND BY EMINENT DOMAIN???????Another reason OUR system is so broken. And on top of that, to add insult to injury, ONLY COLUMBIA RESIDENTS HAVE TO PAY *.50 PER MONTH FOR 10 FREAKIN YRS TO PAY OFF THEIR LOAN. Yes this is truth.

  4. ONLY Columbia residents have to pay $8.50 per month for 10 years to pay off the loan with very low interest rates……..
