Contractors are extremely busy this time of year and the Borough is lucky to get them in here to fix the street. There is no good time for this and the Borough has to do it when the contractor is available.

There are 31 days in the month and the decision is made to begin tearing up the main street that is used during the Fourth Friday event. Dust and dirt blown on pedestrians every time a car drove past. The powers that be all work in different directions based on personal agenda.
