Good things do happen in Columbia. According to a Facebook post by Bobby Schoelkopf, the Bank of America (and the Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals) donated a house to army veteran Kristina Arnold, a single mother of two. The house is furnished and was recently renovated. A crowd gathered outside the property at 319 Perry Street this morning to celebrate the occasion.
