  3. this IS what's wrong with the people who are on school board and council. they don't have a clue. CONSOLIDATE. we taxpayers are sick and tired of carrying the 800 plus rental properties on our shoulders. shame on you.

  4. this is truly unacceptable. school board and boro council both, get up with the program. we can NOT afford this. IF you wanted it, then you SHOULD MAKE ALL THE RENTERS PAY WHO HAVE KIDS IN OUR SCHOOLS AND PAY NOTHING. CONSOLIDATE.
