1. I see the numbers for Columbia, but how did they rate in comparison? Where do they place on a state-wide or regional scale?

4. the problem IS the PSSA tests. that's ALL they concentrate on. What the hell happened to reading, writing and arithmatic? the basics. then add history, english, etc. this nonsense must stop.
