Vendors needed for Market House Fall Festival

Vendors Needed!

Arts and crafts vendors wanted.

Looking especially for arts and crafts vendors for this event.

The Historic Columbia Market House is hosting a one to three-day Fall Festival special event! You can choose to participate for one, two or three days. Columbia has a Mardi Gras/Halloween parade on the first night of the festival at 7PM  just one block away and there is always a busy crowd on that night! This year we want to carry that excitement of the festival throughout the weekend!

  3. What is the trust job? Here we have a stand holder as a contact for this event. The market house is pathetic. Now that TJ's has left is not worth my time anymore to go there.

  4. Maybe they will let the Columbia Historic Society run their Antique & Craft Show. They were kicked out of the market five years ago due to the vendors, well most of the vendors are gone now. That show I believe was the Sunday after Thanksgiving and brought many visitors to town.

  5. Why not name the Market Eliteville because the elite on the trust do not want the hard working people from Columbia in their Market, they want the elite, non-Columbia people. Just look at their proposal to the council, don't be fooled, these people hate Columbia.

  11. The trust isn't up to anything. It's the vendor at market that are putting on this event and have put on the events over the past year plus… It's away to get vendors into market ad provide other products to the community. When these events go on it gives a potential vendor to try and see if they would like to come and be a permanent vendor. Don't know if you know it or not but it tough to get vendors when there's no foot traffic and negativity all the time. The NEGATIVITY NEEDS TO STOP! It only hurts the businesses that are there… That's right they are business and trying to make a living!

  14. ^^^^—- You are so wrong with that statement…If you read all the statements in this blog and out on other social medias you can see who the “true haters” are. They want to provide a great market experience for the community but with statement like you are telling just makes it harder for the trust or anyone to get the place going! If it's such an easy task to get market thriving then I suggest all or even challenge the “Nillies” out there to make a change and get on the Trust as a member or even on the Borough Council and make a difference instead of being the arm chair QB or coach… You got all the great ideas then apply yourself and those ideas… Oh thats's right you don't want to be on the receiving end of the rock throwing!

  15. Did you know that some of the vendors have full-time employment to supplement their stands and that they can only be at market certain days or vendors do get sick too just like everyone else in lifeAll are so quick to throw crap out there. Here's a fact that most of the vendors that believe in the market are from outside of Columbia like Mountville, Wrightsville, Millersville and Lancaster… Where's all the “Local's” with there businesses?
