NOW what HAS to be done is give Bigler SPECIFIC DATE TO HAVE WALL REBUILT. and i'm NOT talking about 6 months from now. 60 days should more than be enough. i sure hope the powers that be are actually smarter this time and make absolutely sure they have ALL their ducks in a row. this MUST be finsihed properly and in a specific time period. no more than 90 days. and if it's NOT….make it clear there is a $500.00 a day fine and make sure you have it all backed up.
