People who stand around and take video of violent acts are just as guilty as the people committing them. Everyone there should have been cited. All of them were in the wrong.
Most times people recall events incorrectly, especially when it is a chaotic scene. Details and accuracy are absolutely necessary. Thankfully someone did video this.
I agree video can be very important but it just as important to remember video does not catch everything. When watching videos, people become so focused on what they are seeing in the frame that they forget about what can't be seen outside of the frame. Video is important but no all telling!
