Columbia Spy hopes someone is keeping an eye on the structure at 208-210 Locust Street. In our humble, non-scientific, subjective opinion, the building appears to have slumped a bit on the left side, near the second-story window (even allowing for lens distortion).

this is too serious for code enforcement. the professionals that braced the bldg should be monitoring this bldg very very closely OR another QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL. this is extremely serious. SOMEONE had better step up to the step that's QUALIFIED.
