Elks Lodge 1074 held their annual Flag Day celebration at Locust Street Park today, with several dozen people attending. Boy scouts, cub scouts, and frontier girls set up flags from different eras in United States history as Elks officers and others spoke from the park gazebo about the significance of the flag in our nation’s history.
