Someone was shuffling around on the river ice recently at Columbia River Park.
These shots were taken this afternoon (Wednesday).

Not a smart thing to do but there is a lot of not so smart people around town. Prob lookin for a bag of dope they tossed the night before. Sorry was that out of line. Findin spent needles all over town. Even at that park.
