The tundra swans are early this year

I saw about half a dozen tundra swans flying over Washington Boro around noon today. I wasn't quick enough with my camera to get a pic.

In other news, why did columbia get an 800 thousand dollar loan for the sewer plant? Thought we sold it to LASA?
