Robert Basler is requesting special exception(s) and/or variance(s) to subdivide a developed residential property at 25-27 South Second Street in a High Density Residential (HDR) zoned district. Radiovision Christiana Management is requesting a modification of a previous Zoning Board decision as well as special exception(s) and/or variance(s) to improve property by construction of higher communications towers/ dish(es), equipment, fencing, and accessory storage/maintenance/support structures at 173 Deascenti Drive in a Light Industrial (LI) zoned district.
