Vehicle Accident – Class I

At 3:32 p.m. this afternoon, emergency personnel responded to a vehicle accident involving a car and a motorcycle on the 400 block of Locust Street.  The motorcycle rider apparently suffered minor injuries.

  1. The man was not killed when he was hit. He died days later. This is past history and out of respect for the man's family, who was there at the time of the accident, needs to be put to rest. Those who know are the only ones who need to know. This is not a gossip item!

  2. If i shoot someone and he dies later, then that means a can keep it quiet if the family and POLICE agree RIGHT!!

  3. The circumstances are quite different than what you perceive. The driver of the vehicle may not have been at fault and that is why you do not see the information published. You want to convict the driver without knowing the facts and you have no need to know the facts! When you become an official with the need to know then you can find out. Some people in this town are just idiots!

  4. Ironic this comment was posted on Independence Day. In this nation, citizens have the right to know facts; “officials” do not have special “need to know” prerogative.
