good luck and best wishes in ur retirement….now, the last line states “Strickler will begin process to hire a replacement” NO NO NO NO NO NO……ABSOLUTELY NOT – NO REPLACEMENT….WHAT DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND???? WE CAN NOT AFFORD IT AND THIS BORO IS SOOOOO SMALL THERE'S ABSOLUTELY NO REASON TO REPLACE. no way. get your head out of the sand.
are you kidding me? what doesn't the ELECTED school board members think? evidently they don't. we did not elect them to to say YES to every year a tax increase and also we do NOT need superintendants. combine with west hempfield. this is getting old real quick. strickler – NO NO NO NO
everywhere u read, strickler says, they are hiring a replacement for park school retiring principal. YES this tiny boro is top heavy when it comes to these useless positions that pay in EXCESS OF $100,000.00 FOR EACH POSITION …AND WE HAVE ABOUT 6 OR 7
AND don't forget there's already the TOP SPOT which he wants to fill with himself……remember, clippinger is retiring too…..we MUST STOP THIS NOW………that's 2 positions at more than $100,000.00 each…can you say do NOT replace and DON”T RAISE TAXES
when is the next school board mtg-i know i'm going…..there should be a couple hundred of us there-if any of us had a brain….we must stop this insanity now. we can not afford for this to continue-or we need to push the move to consolidate with west hempfield. no choice. these school board members just don't get it.
really??? politics don't lie. i guess mr strickler has stacked the school board…are we that ignorant? are we gonna let that happen?? we need to attend the school board mtg. we can NOT afford this. combine with west hempfield if thats what u have to do….do NOT replace 2 upper mgmt positions-for God's sake this is Columbia Borough NOT some ritzy township. I guess mr strickler will not be happy until this happens. he needs to GO !!!!!!!

i agree and yes we should be attending school board mtgs…..can anyone speak at these mtgs at any time ?????? someone enlighten us please ! thanks

The superintendency is a useless position we can do without. Our small district is top-heavy with highly paid administrators.
