Lititz is a cool small town and deserving of the honor. Columbia not so much….there are too many “personal agendas” and too many who don't give a rat's a– that the taxpaying homeowners here are BROKE…we can NOT afford a tax increase again and we can NOT afford to have the School Board think the way they do.
