Life Lion Lands in Columbia

A Life Lion helicopter from Hershey Medical Center made a half hour stop at Columbia Consolidated Fire Company shortly after 8 o’clock last night.  The stopover was part of a training program being coordinated with CCFD.  The chopper, one of three, often travels with a registered nurse – and sometimes a cardiologist –  aboard on actual emergency calls.

  1. these people do an extremely awesome job! thank you.in other news, have y'all read the Columbia news, views and reviews from Fri Aug 17 pertaining to the SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS IN COLUMBIA ??? ya know, there were some people at council mtgs who tried to stop the surveillance cameras from being installed, but the powers that be had their way and spent between A HALF AND A MILLION BUCKS FOR THEM….question – how many crimes, violations, etc have they actually been responsible for solving ????????????? WHERE IS ACCOUNTABILITY ? AS A TAXPAYER, THIS IS A huge WASTE OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY
