Burn Ban Lifted But Not in Columbia
According to the Columbia Consolidated Fire Company website, the County Commissioners voted yesterday to lift the burn ban in Lancaster County. The ban had originally been planned to remain in effect until at least May 12 but was lifted early due to several days of rain.
It is still illegal to burn in Columbia Borough, however.
