The river ice got covered with snow after the second snowfall this week.

Here’s how things looked a day or two earlier.

Here’s a view from the Wrightsville side this morning.

The sidewalk to the trail wasn’t cleared when this photo was taken.

But who is responsible for clearing it? Columbia Borough shouldn’t be, since it’s along a state road, and the adjacent property owners – Gordon Waste and Norfolk Southern – are on the other side of the fence.

Two guys working along Bank Avenue, one above ground, the other half-submerged.

Apparently, they work for this company.

Wires were down in the Owls parking lot, possibly due to the recent high winds.

The butts are piling up on Locust.

Call the number or just say a prayer.
