6 fun facts about Lancaster County's oldest fasnacht fundraiser

Over the course of 11 baking days — Monday through Wednesday of this week and then every Monday and Wednesday through March 9 — approximately 166 volunteers will make close to 84,000 fasnachts.

Make-a-Mug Pottery Workshop at SCCA

Pottery -“Make-a-Mug” One day workshop with Maureen Joyce, Master Potter
Create your own character on a prepared form; Maureen will walk you through the process and help you finish off the piece with a handle for your mug! Maker selects a glaze and finished work is ready for pick up in A few weeks.  All materials are supplied no experience required.
