FBI is offering reward of up to $10,000 in search for missing Amish girl Linda Stoltzfoos

The FBI is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the recovery of Linda Stoltzfoos and the identification, arrest and conviction of the subject(s) responsible for her disappearance.
Remarks:
Linda Stoltzfoos is a member of the Amish community. She was last seen wearing a tan dress, white apron, and black head covering. A composite photo has been created showing Linda as she might appear in street clothes and with her hair down.
Details:
The Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Philadelphia Field Office and the East Lampeter Township Police Department in Pennsylvania are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Linda Stoltzfoos. Linda has been missing since Father’s Day, Sunday, June 21, 2020, when she didn’t return home after a church service. She was last observed at a farm on Stumptown Road, between the intersection of Beechdale Road and Gibbons Road in Bird-in-Hand, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.

Columbia considers lease agreement for borough vehicles
Borough Council discussed hiring car leasing service Enterprise Fleet Management to manage 28 borough vehicles. John A. Santoro of Enterprise said the service could save the borough an estimated $617,849 in the next 10 years.

Gov. Tom Wolf will veto a concurrent resolution to terminate the disaster declaration he has used to manage the commonwealth’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic, his spokesperson said Wednesday evening.
The decision caps a month-long legal struggle between the Republican-controlled legislature, whose leaders argued the resolution did not need to be presented to the governor, and Wolf, who has maintained that he has the prerogative to disapprove — effectively veto — any resolutions presented to him by the General Assembly.

State prosecutors want to keep or destroy five video gambling machines, bar equipment, $6,689 cash and other items seized during a raid on a former Columbia speakeasy.
The items were taken from the 717 Social Club during a March 2019 raid.

Pa.'s mandatory mask order complicates school reopening plans
The state Department of Health’s order requiring all Pennsylvanians to wear masks adds another twist to the already convoluted plot of reopening schools this fall.
The order, which also applies to students and school employees, was announced last week, as Lancaster County schools were in the thick of planning for the 2020-21 school year, with many opting to encourage, not require, mask-wearing.
Now, school leaders must consider how and when to enforce the new rule.

Fire burns barn, house in Manor Twp. Tuesday morning [photos, videos]
A fire burned through a barn and a house in Manor Township Tuesday morning.
The fire started around 9:11 a.m. in a barn in the 300 block of Blue Lane, near the Columbia Borough line, according to Lancaster County-Wide Communications.
The homeowner works second shift and was sleeping when the fire started, according to Blue Rock Fire Rescue Fire Commissioner Duane Hagelgans.
