A Hershey woman wasn’t exercising her free speech rights when she targeted a series of “vulgar and defamatory” Facebook rants at her ex-husband’s new wife, a state Superior Court panel ruled Monday.

Instead, Kelly D’Adderio was breaking the law, and her harassment conviction by a Dauphin County jury must stand, the state judges concluded.
