SIGN UP NOW – The Columbia Borough Police Department is having a Bicycle Auction on Saturday, July 25, 2020 at 9:00am. On-site attendance is limited to 20 people so pre-registration is required. To register for the on-site auction please email armoldp@columbiapd.org by 4:00pm on Thursday, July 23, 2020. The auction will also be Live Streamed on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/johncarlauction. Masks and Social Distancing is required at all times during the auction. Please note that payments must be via PayPal or Credit Card – No Cash Accepted.

Columbia posts police department's use-of-force policy online, but much of it is blocked out
Columbia Borough’s police use-of-force policy has been posted online, following complaints from a councilwoman last month that she had been unable to see it.
The 21-page policy, posted to the borough’s website Friday, is heavily redacted: eight pages are completely grayed-out and eight are partially redacted.
