Wonder what else is missing? Have comments been removed? Why is this borough administration acting like this?”

Flinchbaugh, Joseph Andrew – (1 count) Criminal Mischief | Manor Township Police Department

On Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at 0900hrs., Officer Colleen Tatara responded to the Leisure Lanes Self Storage for a vandalism report.  Ofc. Tatara learned that a renter had damaged eight fire extinguisher boxes that are mounted on storage units, causing nearly $600.00 in damage.  Through her investigation, Officer Tatara learned that a Joseph Flinchbaugh 41 Y.O.A. had done the damage.  Ofc. Tatara located Flinchbaugh sleeping in a storage unit and took him into custody.  Flinchbaugh was charged with 1 count of Criminal Mischief.

For Tom Strickler, serving as Columbia Borough School District’s lame duck superintendent just wouldn’t work.

The school board earlier this month hired Ashley Mercado, principal of Wickersham Elementary School in Lancaster, to replace Strickler. Instead of sticking it out until the end of the year when his contract expired, Strickler went on paid administrative leave.
