Lancaster could sue PUC over gas meter installation; Columbia should get onboard with this

  1. I live on cherry street and wanted to put a porch on the front of my house, but with the location of my ugly gas meter i cant do it! I wasnt asked if it was where i wanted it, it was installed and it is what it is. I havnt been happy about that for a while
