The whole towns a joke. Ask the police how you can run someone over in a crosswalk in broad daylight kill them and get 3 traffic tickets. I guess it's all in who you know to get away with everything including murder in Columbia
It's a sad period in time for Columbia. The mayor is absolutely ut of control with his agendas and statements.80 percent of the police department try but the other 20 are on a free ride.I far there is no solution except cut your loses and get out of ten GHETTO.
if you are “getting out” – don't go to Lancaster – people are getting shot there too – don't go to e-town – little kids might have guns – and defiantly not to York or Harrisburg. Maybe try Phila., Pittsburgh,or Baltimore – or maybe you can find a little town in between out in the country where there is no crime and no bad politics – good luck
