Where is the LNP article on this? Probably none since they won't have reason to kick Columbia in the teeth as usual.

You couldn't retire in Cola on $1300/mo as per the article above though.Cola has plenty of potential. Great location next to river. Lots of nice architecture. It just needs the right people to run it to become a destination people want to live in. Not a last resort place people have to live in.
