Actually, the code officers have better things to do then to patrol dog crap. Not that they aren't just as important, but it would be a better fit to assign dog crap patrol to the Meter people. They spend more time on the streets and it would be easy to have them stretch a few blocks further to patrol and clean up dog crap, AND GIVE SOME FINES ! to get the word on the street that Columbia means business !!CG

I agree with CG. The meter people could keep an eye on the dog poop situation, since they are highly visible several hours a day.

I'd hate to see Charlie and Glenn having to clean up dog crap, but they should be given the authority to cite offenders.
