i wonder if the police can give these criminals a “indecent exposure” violation-fine. Now that would be awesome!! If these offenders had to pay a fine for their pants falling down then maybe they'd stop it…..it's ugly
I agree with fining them for indecent exposure, let's say ten dollars for every inch of underwear that's exposed. Not only is this practice ugly, it's also impractical. I've seen guys wearing their pants low who actually had to waddle and tug at them to keep them from sliding even lower.
Why, as taxpayers,when we went to the boro office yesterday morning to inquire when the docks at tge river park were going to be put in we were told it is not a priority and when was questioned why it wasnt the woman at the window turned nasty said that the conversation was over and slammed the window in my face..is this the new proffesionalism we are to expect from our cival servants??
